This methodology primarily affects operations and entails a complete restructuring of how operations are currently carried out. It's not about starting from scratch but rather analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement and transforming them through the implementation of new tools that facilitate activities and enhance their flow.

HubSpot is a platform used by many organizations to scale their operations, connecting activities across the entire customer lifecycle. While this CRM is a very comprehensive tool, it is also constantly changing by adding new features or enhancing previous capabilities. For this reason, it is highly recommended to perform an audit of the system from time to time to determine if the process is still optimal or if reengineering is needed to improve the system's capabilities.

But how to do it? First, all the aspects of the current process must be mapped: workflows, automations, object updates, information exchange, departments involved, among others, clearly sequencing the activities and identifying the responsible parties for each of them.

The next step is the mapping or definition of the ideal process, taking into consideration the opinions of areas that may be affected by the change. It's important to let them know that this change is not an imposition that will require more effort, but quite the opposite. The objective is to modify the current flow to facilitate their activities while increasing productivity.

Once the process is mapped, areas for improvement should be identified by comparing current operations with the ideal process to be achieved. This way, functionalities that may be underutilized, tools that could be implemented to solve a problem or activities that do not necessarily add value are identified, redesigning the process to improve the current situation and considering the company's limitations.

Finally, a plan must be designed to implement the new process, defining responsible teams and scheduling activities to gradually migrate to the proposed flow.

As can be seen, process reengineering is essential to keep companies competitive in a constantly changing environment. By questioning and improving existing processes, organizations can adapt to new market demands and make the most of available tools and technologies. Significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and adaptability are achieved, ensuring relevance in the face of constant evolution.
